There are three ways to show a gallery of images:
- Just putting them in the content as you would with text (it's so easy, and if we've built your site then you already have the tools for this!
- Using Joomla's "Simple Image Gallery Pro" to automatically show all the photos you upload in a particular folder.
- Using Coppermine Gallery - a fully manageable online gallery with limitless options such as eCommerce, eCards, commenting etc.
1. In Line Content
You should already be confident with updating the textual content of your site. Adding images is not as daunting as it may at first seem, and you can choose the layout and alignment within the tools we have provided for you. Click on the button to insert and image, and you'll find a help button in there if you get stuck. As always, you can drop us a line if it seems confusing and we'll talk you through it!
2. Simple Image Gallery ProThis shows a gorgeous layout of images in your site, in any content item you choose. You simply upload the images to a folder of your choice, and tell the content the name of that folder - it will automatically create the thumbnail images on the fly and display them.
We've provided simple instructions here.

3. Coppermine GalleriesCoppermine provide a fabulous Open Source gallery that 3B have implemented many times for clients with varied requirements.
At its most configured, it is a vast image bank, storing images of differing sizes and resolutions in an easily search-able and attractive interface. Users can send each other Ecards (a terrific way of propagating images whilst bringing recipients back to your website), as well as submitting comments and rating images.
The Coppermine gallery dovetails neatly into any website design, and is completely configurable in terms of look and feel.
