Understanding Clients' Business Objectives

Asking questions about your business is a habit of ours. In order to set up your strategy with us, we will need to embed ourselves in everything to do with your market and your industry. If we don’t understand your customers, then how can we understand you?

To give you an idea about how keen we are to learn, we will ask you the following questions, and will keep these details on-hand for our reference. If something changes, we can update this, so the entire 3B team is clued up with your strategy and how we fit into that.

  • What are your brand values your site is aiming to get across?

  • What are your 12-month goals and how do you see the digital strategy fitting into that?

  • What are your 3-year goals and how do you see the digital strategy into that?

  • What is the primary goal of your website? (e.g. making sales, or creating enquiries)

  • What is the secondary goal of your website? (e.g. getting email subscribers, brand awareness, or being shared on social media)

  • What is the tertiary goal of your website? (e.g. growing the market for your products as a whole, sharing knowledge and educating the public, or showcasing experience and case studies)

  • Which services do you offer, which you would like to rank for in search results?

  • Which locations do you offer those services in, which you’d like to rank for in search results?

  • What is the #1 important page on your site? (e.g. homepage)

  • What is the #2 important page on your site? (e.g. product pages)

  • What is the #3 important page on your site? (e.g. blog pages)
