We know how important the traditional methods of contact are for your business and for your customers. With all this Internet jargon flying around, it's crucial not to forget the humble fax and telephone!
We are delighted to recommend the services of 08450870.com who can provide you with free non-geographic numbers for your company - a fantastic way to track marketing campaigns, or as many of our clients do, to protect your office or home numbers - contact Andrew on 0845 2416952 for more information, and don't forget to say 3B sent you!
Many small businesses operate from a home office, or small office they hope to grow out of soon! With a non-geographic number, you can simply change where the number forwards if you move by dropping us an email, and you can keep your real number as private as you wish.
They also provide pretty much every other type of number, so you can provide a service by phone and receive a share of the profit.
Having said all that, if you hate 0845 and 0870 numbers as they can cost you more to call, depending on your call plan, then I recommend Say No To 0870 to find out the real, geographical numbers which you can call for free from some plans.
If you currently use BT for your outbound phone calls, and don't make use of any saving plans, we URGE you to use the MoneySavingExpert.com Callchecker - we save tons each month using Martin's recommended phone providers. Give us a call if any of it is confusing!
Do you use a fax? Many companies use faxes to receive signed order forms and the like, and not having a fax number seems crazy! There seems to us to be little point in having a fax machine on your desk, along with your printer, scanner, etc etc - far better to have your faxes come in by email - you can forward them on, print them out, do whatever you like with them (and save trees while you're doing it!).
We recommend the free service from eFax - they will give you a 0870 number for free which you are free to use for incoming faxes. For outgoing faxes, give us a call and we'll explain how we do it!
