Email newsletters are one of the most important ways to communicate with customers on the Internet. 3B specialise in providing customised templates and managed databases to help you drive targeted spam-proof emails to your customer base.

Click " download all users as csv file" which is just above the list of users
Choose appropriate date range and remove superfluous data such as ID, entered, last modified etc to leave the email address and attributes at the bottom
Click "Export"
Click "Save"
Choose the save location and remove the ".csv" on the end of the filename
Change the "Save as type:" field to "All Files"
Click "Save"
Open up Microsoft Excel and Open the file
The Text Import Wizard - Step 1 of 3 window appears, click "Next"
Note Delimiters are, by default, set to Tab which is fine so click "Finish"
NOTE: DO NOT use the resulting spreadsheet as it is exported for imports - importing requires a very clean spreadsheet to being with, so give us a call to verify things before you go corrupting your database with dirty data!
