Almost all of our clients, past & present, benefit from one of our standard support packages - knowing that we are “on-hand” to react quickly to any issues arising and provide support, maintenance and feature development on a regular and reliable basis.
The support subscription packages outlined here ensures that we have resources available to you when most needed, and all plans include access to the 3B Digital Client Portal for helpdesk tickets. All prices are subject to UK VAT at the prevailing rate.
Prices reflect payment in advance. Additional “Ad hoc” work is charged at £110 per hour + VAT when pre-paid.
